The Round House, a restored water works, houses the Fergusson Gallery, that contains the paintings, drawings and sculptures of J.Fergusson, the artist of the Scottish 'Colourist' movement. The attractive parkland known as North and South Inch, are today public parks with peaceful riverside walks, giving no indication of the battle which was fought at North Inch in 1396.
